Cancellation Policy
please note that ones your appointment has been confirmed a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation please keep in mind that "no-show" or last minute Cancellation leave our RMT's and esthetician with empty appointments times as well we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that time slot! Because of this, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation Fee to your Credit card on file
